Eligibility for Returns

Items that are damaged due to misuse or improper handling are not eligible for return.
How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, please contact our support team at [email protected] within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for return. Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions for returning the product.
Return Window
Returned items must be shipped back to us within 5 days of receiving return approval. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to avoid delays or lost items.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a refund will be processed to your original method of contact (confirmation by email), within 7 business days of receipt.
